Data we process

Purchases and entitlements

When you buy or restore Vorticore content through Google Play, Google Play and RevenueCat process purchase history and entitlement information. This can include the product purchased, purchase status and date, transaction or purchase-token identifiers, and an anonymous RevenueCat app-user identifier. RevenueCat may also process limited technical information needed to operate its service, such as app version, operating-system version, device type, locale, and IP address.

Google Play handles the payment itself. Vorticore and its developer do not receive your full credit-card number, bank-account number, or other complete payment credentials.

Data kept on your device

Game progress, settings, and similar gameplay information may be saved locally on your device. Vorticore does not send that gameplay information to the developer.

Data Vorticore does not collect

Vorticore does not require user accounts and does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, photos, videos, audio, messages, precise or approximate location, advertising identifiers, or user-generated content through the Android app. The game does not use advertising, marketing, or gameplay analytics SDKs.

How we use data

Purchase and entitlement information is used to:

• process and verify purchases;
• unlock purchased content and restore it on supported devices;
• maintain entitlement status and resolve purchase problems;
• prevent transaction errors, abuse, and fraud; and
• understand aggregate purchase performance and service reliability.

Vorticore does not sell or rent personal information. Purchase information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers and sharing

The following providers process information only as needed to deliver purchases and related services:

• Google Play provides app distribution, billing, and purchase records. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat validates purchases and manages access to purchased content. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer where legally permitted and subject to appropriate notice.

Security

Information sent between the app and its service providers is encrypted in transit using modern transport security. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retention

Purchase and entitlement information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to verify purchases, preserve and restore access to purchased content, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain information under their own policies and legal requirements.

Your choices and data deletion

Vorticore does not create user accounts. You may nevertheless ask for deletion of purchase and entitlement information controlled by the developer.

1. Email jarrettdevstudio@gmail.com with the subject Vorticore data request.
2. Include the Google Play order ID for the purchase you want us to locate. Do not send payment-card or bank-account details.
3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request and avoid deleting another person's purchase record.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize the associated developer-controlled RevenueCat customer and entitlement record unless it must be retained for a legitimate legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reason. Deleting entitlement data may prevent Vorticore from restoring purchased content. Google Play may keep its own transaction records under Google's policies; contact Google directly for data it controls.

You can remove gameplay progress and settings stored on your device by clearing Vorticore's app data or uninstalling the game.

Children

Vorticore is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Vorticore's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
